When coming up with the idea for this restaurant, we wanted to offer many different styles of food from many different regions of the world. The concept of “small plates” allows for you to sample many different things in one visit as opposed to the standard restaurant where you pick your entree, and that’s all you get to try that day. The small plates are meant to be shared. We like to call them “shareables.”  A table of 4 people might order 9 or 10 small plates and pass them around the table. It makes for a great conversation starter and you would be surprised how quickly you fill up from just a taste of each individual plate.
